The work behind every shipment.
A visual record of how we source, dry, select, grade, and pack premium Indonesian cinnamon for global markets.

Sourcing & Origin
Our process begins deep in the forests of Kerinci, Jambi. We partner directly with local farmers to select the finest mature Cassia Vera trees, ensuring sustainable harvesting practices.

Sorting & Grading
Once harvested, the raw bark is meticulously inspected. We sort the cinnamon based on thickness, volatile oil potential, and visual characteristics.

Moisture Control
Moisture content is critical for international shipping. We utilize controlled sun-drying and indoor resting to achieve the exact moisture percentage required.

Whether it's whole sticks, broken pieces, or fine powder, we process and package the cinnamon precisely to buyer specifications.

Shipment Prep
Our logistics team ensures that every container is loaded efficiently and securely. We monitor environmental conditions during loading.
